General Terms of Business (AGB)
- Your order request is non-binding. We’ll send an offer in form of an invoice that contains all costs incl. shipping. You may accept our offer by paying the invoice. Only now a binding contract conformable to German Distance Sales Act is concluded. Party to the agreement is Oriente Musik OHG.
- All prices are in Euro and include German V.A.T. Relevant price and shipment costs you’ll find in the invoice. Deliveries will be forwarded by registered mail immediately after receipt of payment.
- On principle we do not exchange goods once purchased. Defected goods or wrong deliveries have to be claimed within 10 days after delivery date. Please wait for information about how and when returning the goods. Unfranked shipments will no be accepted. If the returns arrive properly, we will refund the charged amounts and the costs involved in the return. EU-customers revocation right (§6) remains unaffected hereby.
- Any information you enter will be treated following strict german legislation on privacy and data security. Your data will only be used for processing your order and never be given to any third party. We don’t use and/or store any payment informations.
- Place of performance and jurisdiction shall be Berlin. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany applies for all legal business with Oriente Musik OHG.
- Customers from European Union countries are entitled to particular revocation rights (see Notice of Revocation Rights).
